The Vision

Traction is an annual gathering of cities committed to reaching every man, woman, and child. It is designed for catalytic leaders (Local Delivery Team/Hub–LDT) and serves to provide vision and direction for what God wants in your city/region.

What will it take to change the narrative of lostness across North America? What will it take for the ONE CHURCH in a city to take ownership of this mission for Gospel saturation? What will it take to redefine the scorecard for how churches in our cities measure success?

We believe that Jesus reveals this to us in John 17 – that it will be through our unity that a lost world will come to know and believe that Jesus is Divine, sent from the Father.

We believe as churches Network together as friends on mission, and unify as a Collective of Networks, more and more disciple-makers, leaders and new churches will be planted to help fulfill the Jesus Mission. Our aim is to see the narrative of lostness and brokenenss in our cities change.
